1ST, HE SET HIS HEART TO STUDY GOD’S WORD!
“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15 King James Version).

FIVE WAYS TO STUDY GOD’S WORD:
– By Yourself
– With a “Bible Buddy”
– With a Group (Like our Journey Groups)
– With Our Pastor During Sunday Service
– With Other Pastors and Bible Teachers on Different Media

2ND, HE SET HIS HEART TO DO GOD’S WORD!
“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says” (James 1:22 New International Version).

3RD, HE SET HIS HEART TO TEACH GOD’S WORD!
“You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others” (2 Timothy 2:2 New Living Translation).
